Human TBMNK+G CyTOF Panel, 9 Antibodies
The Human TBMNK+G CyTOF Panel is a collection of 9 Maxpar® antibodies designed to provide basic immune profiling of at least 10 major cell subsets including T cells (CD4+, CD8+, CD4−CD8−), B cells, monocytes (classical and transitional), natural killer (NK) cells, and granulocytes (neutrophils and eosinophils). It has been designed for use with fresh, frozen, or formaldehyde-fixed peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) and fresh or stabilized whole blood containing fixative. Each antibody in the panel is provided in liquid format in individual tubes. Additional reagents needed to run a CyTOF flow cytometry experiment on the CyTOF XT™ or Helios™ systems can be purchased separately from Standard BioTools™ and/or third-party suppliers. The panel can be expanded or customized to meet various immune profiling requirements in human studies. At least 40 channels are available for panel expansion using drop-in antibodies. Human Broad Immune Profiling CyTOF® Panel, 20 Antibodies
The Human Broad Immune Profiling CyTOF Panel is a collection of 20 Maxpar® antibodies, which include the 9 from the Human TBMNK+G CyTOF Panel (201338) and an additional 11 to provide even deeper profiling. The panel enables identification of at least 32 important cell subsets including major T cell subsets (CD4+ and CD8+ naive, central memory, effector memory, terminal effector CD45RA, activated), double-negative T cells, CD4– mucosal-associated invariant T (MAIT) cells, natural killer T (NKT) cells, B cell subsets (naive, memory, plasmablasts), monocytes (classical, transitional, nonclassical), dendritic cell (DC) subsets (plasmacytoid and CD38+ conventional DCs), NK cells, and granulocytes (neutrophils, eosinophils, basophils). It has been designed for use with fresh, frozen, or formaldehyde-fixed peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) and fresh or stabilized whole blood containing fixative. Each antibody in the panel is provided in liquid format in individual tubes.
