Refer-a-Friend Travel Grant Award Terms and Conditions

Refer a friend for a chance to win a travel grant award.

Here are the steps:

  1. Let a friend or colleague know about the 2024 CyTOF Summit
  2. They need to mention your name when they register for the event.
  3. After the event, both of your names will be entered into a draw. Registrants must attend the event to be eligible for the draw. One winner will receive a $500 travel grant to be used to attend a scientific conference of their choice.

Increase your chance of winning. You will receive one entry for each referral. The more referrals you provide, the more entries you will receive.

Did you refer someone to the event before March 2024? Reach out to us at educationteam@standardbio.com and let us know who you referred to gain an entry.

→ RULES: Registrants must attend the conference to be eligible to enter the draw. There is no purchase necessary to win. Entry period begins March 1, 2024, and ends May 2, 2024.

→ WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: The winner will be randomly selected and notified via email on May 13, 2024. The winner will have one week to acknowledge and accept their Award before another winner is selected. Should the initial winner not be able to accept their Award, another winner will be randomly selected and notified via email at a later date. 

→ AWARD: One $500 travel grant will be awarded toward conference expenses (registration, travel, accommodation, etc.) for any life sciences meeting before June 1, 2025. Taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the Award winner. Award is not redeemable for cash and it is void if winner sells it for cash or other consideration.

Employees of Standard BioTools Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to participate. This promotion is subject to federal, state and local laws and regulations.
