The Proteinopathies IMC Panel, 5 Antibodies is a bundle of 5 verified Maxpar OnDemand Antibodies against Tau, pTau, αSyn, p-αSyn, and APP. By leveraging these validated antibodies, researchers can visualize cellular landscape of common neurodegenerative proteinopathies such as Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, Parkinson’s disease with dementia, Lewy body dementia, and similar conditions. This panel is optimized for use in FFPE tissue sections. APP, Tau, and αSyn are human and mouse reactive, while p-αSyn and pTau recognize human epitopes [S129] and [S202/T205], respectively, and can be used in mouse models that exogenously express these human proteins.
