Simplify Spatial Imaging

High-plex imaging starts with robust cell segmentation

One of the key challenges in high-plex spatial imaging is effective and accurate assignment of cellular borders in samples for confident data analysis. This is especially challenging in dense tissue samples.

The Maxpar™ IMC Cell Segmentation kit enables enhanced nucleus and plasma membrane demarcation. This integrated solution easily solves the most critical step in high-plex spatial imaging without limiting your 40-plus-marker panel.

Integrated Cell Segmentation

Harness the power of Imaging Mass Cytometry™ (IMC™) technology. Visualize spatial biology – confidently

Get started. Easily add IMC cell segmentation to your existing high-plex panel.

The Maxpar IMC Cell Segmentation Kit contains three individual plasma membrane markers conjugated to 195Pt, 196Pt and 198Pt. These markers can be added to existing panels for improved nucleus and plasma membrane demarcation, enabling cell segmentation across multiple tissue types without taking channels away from your current panel.

  • Spatial biology is complex.
  • Experiments don’t have to be.
Facilitating an end-to-end workflow

The Maxpar IMC Cell Segmentation Kit is an important first step to getting improved high-plex cell segmentation.
