Overview
CEL-Seq2 is a 3'-end counting mRNAseq method that uses in vitro transcription for initial amplification. CEL-Seq2 incorporates numerous improvements over the original method including increased sensitivity and incorporation of unique molecular identifiers (UMIs). This script has been updated to be compatible with all versions of the C1™ Open App™ IFCs, including the redesigned medium 96-cell IFC.
